About Meghan
Meghan Louise is a faith-based mentor and creator of The W.H.O.L.E. Path to Wholeness, helping women break free from sexual shame, reclaim their identity, and live Spirit-led lives.
Her story is raw and redemptive: as a young woman she internalized the lie that she was unworthy, sought validation through sex and attention, and—while surviving as a single mom—slipped into cycles of numbing (wine, weed) and deep secrecy, including erotic massage and transactional sex. For years she feared exposure and rejection.
Everything shifted when she faced the lie, met Jesus as Love (not condemnation), and began rebuilding from the inside out—gratitude journaling, renewing her mind in Scripture, and practicing self-forgiveness. Jeremiah 29:11 became a lifeline in her most hopeless moments, and her awakening turned pain into purpose.
Today, Meghan teaches a simple, transformative framework—Wake, Heal, Open, Live, Embrace—guiding women to release shame, hear God’s voice, step into purpose, and embody daily wholeness through prayer, truth meditation, and grace-based habits. Her message is steady and clear: you’re not too far gone; your story can become someone else’s freedom.
